Cindy Dayley 


Coach Dayley returns to Husky Hockey for her fourth season as head coach. With a collegiate win-loss record of 45-18 with the Huskies, Dayley was entered into the Hockey Hall of Fame in Toronto for being one of the first women to coach men’s collegiate ice hockey. For the 2000-2001 season Coach Dayley lead the team to their best finish ever, winning the inaugural Athletic Awards I-5 Cup, taking second place in the Intercollegiate PAC-8 Hockey Conference regular season and second place at their first-ever appearance in the PAC-8 Championship tournament. The team also placed 9th in the ACHA-West region and had two players place in the top twenty in the ACHA nationally among 1,800 players. Coaching and playing ice hockey in the Pacific Northwest for over 30 years, Dayley has piloted numerous teams and players to championship levels. A member of the American Hockey Coaches Association, Dayley grew up in Seattle and played AAA women’s ice hockey in Canada. She currently lives in Seattle and is a Project Analyst for Washington Mutual.
